Preheat skillet. Roast peanuts for 10 minutes, constantly stirring until skin is medium brown. While still warm, remove skins (this can also be done when cooled, it is just more difficult). In small amounts grind peanuts (mortar pestle or blender) and add oil until peanut butter forms. Add sugar to preference. Note* peanut butter will be crunchy with mortar and pestle.
